Transparency about what is collected, what is done with it, and what is not. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The tool collects six pieces of information: gender, birth date, self-assessed health level, tobacco status, coverage amount and term period. These go to the carriers' quoting service and are not kept by this website. Name, address, phone and email are not collected to see rates. When the identical request is made twice, we sometimes serve a cached response so the quoting service is not contacted again.

Applying

If you go forward with an application, your answers fill a secure form run by the carriers' platform under their privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance company (License 0B75129), processes the application.

The contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email, optional phone, your preferred response method, your subject, and your message. It goes by email to our office; your email is our reply-to address. This website keeps no archive, no database, and no content log. A brief anti-spam check runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

We track page visits using a first-party, cookie-free system hosted on this domain. No cookies or browser markers are created; your IP is partially obscured before storage; pages you link from are not stored; raw visit data is purged after three months. Visitors sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control block all tracking entirely.

What we do not do

We do not buy or trade personal information, use ad-tracking systems, or run third-party analytics. The only outside code is the carriers' application platform on the application page, loaded only if you go there.
